SPECIAL ORDER:
A Special Order is any purchase for which a listening or consultation took place (at the shop or over the phone), or purchase of a product that we do not regularly stock but order specifically upon your request. A special order, as it applies to the purchase of stones, activates a personal relationship with the stone(s). Orders of this nature are explicitly defined in order to keep the shop a clear space.
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY:
If you have placed a special-order as defined above, you have activated an agreement with The Practitioner’s Practitioner and, if applicable, the stones, and based on the highly personal vibrational nature of the relationship created within that agreement, we cannot accept returns. This is our policy in order to keep the shop a clear space.
RETURNS POLICY:
It is an industry standard that all sales of a vibrational, herbal, homeopathic, and nutritional nature are final. We never re-sell products that have been out of our care, therefore, to ensure the highest level of integrity and professionalism for all of our members, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Appointments start at the scheduled time and cannot be extended due to tardiness, so clients must be on-time for all scheduled appointments. If the client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum notice of 3 business days (72 hours not including weekends or holidays). Once the appointment has been confirmed, the client is responsible for any associated session fee if the session is not canceled or changed by 72 hours prior to the session. Sessions can be rescheduled at no additional fee within in the 72 hours in true cases of emergency.
Weather provision: If a client is unable to make it to his/her appointment due to the weather conditions, the session will be conducted via phone. Exceptions to this provision include the following therapies which can only be conducted at the clinic in-person: Bodywork, CranioSacral, Applied Neurology, NCi, Lights, and Colon Hydrotherapy.
In cases of illness provision: If a client is ill to the point he/she cannot attend work or must see a doctor, it is appropriate to reschedule the appointment without a cancellation fee. In all other cases of illness, the scheduled session will be conducted as scheduled or may be adapted to a phone session.
LIMITATIONS:
In no event shall The Practitioner’s Practitioner or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Designed For Thriving's Internet site, even if The Practitioner’s Practitioner or a Practitioner’s Practitioner authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
REVISIONS AND ERRATA:
The materials appearing on The Practitioner’s Practitioner's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Practitioner’s Practitioner does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The Practitioner’s Practitioner may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The Practitioner’s Practitioner does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
LEGAL FORUM, CHOICE OF LAWS & OFFICIAL LANGUAGE:
This offering is a contract between you the buyer and our business, the seller. The seller is located in Two Harbors, MN, U.S.A. and by doing business with us you agree that this offering is made from Two Harbors, MN, U.S.A. and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and the U.S.A.. By electing to participate in this offer, you are entering into a contract.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be litigated and enforced under the laws of the State of Minnesota. In addition, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Minnesota, and that any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Two Harbors, MN in the State of Minnesota, USA.
The terms constituting this offering are set forth in writing on this Web site. You hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located in Minnesota, U.S.A. to resolve any disputes or litigation hereunder. Whether or not you choose to print this offering, containing the terms and conditions as described herein, you agree that this contract constitutes a writing.
This agreement is being written in English, which is to be the official language of the contract’s text and interpretation. If you do not agree with the above terms and conditions, you have the option to not participate in this offer.
